We ship in and outside Europe on a daily basis. All items are being packed professionaly. Items are shipped by UPS / TNT / DPD including Tracking number tracable to your doorstep.

2-5 Days delivery in Europe (EU)
5-7 Days outside Europe.
Payment policy:
For completing payment, we offer following options:
- Cash on Pick-up -> Preferred
- National Bank Transfer at pick-up
- EU Bank Transfer -> Preferred and used by 95% of our EU customers. Cheap and Fast.
- Payment on delivery -> Only possible in the Netherlands up to 1000 euro value.
- Paypal -> Possible but not preferred due to high transfer costs (+4,4% ).
Ocsidance Warranty:
Most auctions include Ocsidance Warranty which means any malfuntions which occur during warranty period, will be solved. We have contracts with Pro Audio Repair Companies.

Return policy:
Items are subject to return within 14 days after delivery. Only technical defects are valid for return procedure. We apply a 15% restocking fee for other reasons. The price of the object (excl shipping) will be refunded when returned in the exact same state (same box & packing material)
